dated for 1918, with 6in. sighted barrel, break open frame with auto-ejecting fluted cylinder and holster-guides, the left hand side of frame marked 'H.S. De-MAINE, WEST RIDING REGT.', blacked trigger and hammer, chequered hard-rubber grips with lanyard ring at heel, much original military finish throughout and complete in a period leather full-flap service holster marked 'STIBY 1917'
